Teacher, what color do you want?
In this activity, the children sit in a circle with colorful Lego pieces in the center. A Greenman puppet joins the circle and asks, 'Teacher, what color do you want?' The teacher says a color, and the children pick the correct piece. Since there aren’t enough pieces for everyone, they not only learn English but also develop social-emotional skills such as being patient, dealing with frustration and work as a team.
Nessa atividade, as crianças sentam-se em círculo, com peças de Lego coloridas dispostas no centro. O fantoche do Greenman junta-se ao grupo e pergunta: "Professora, qual cor você quer?" A professora diz uma cor, e as crianças escolhem a peça correspondente.
Como não há peças suficientes para todos, além de aprenderem inglês, as crianças também desenvolvem habilidades socioemocionais, como paciência, tolerância à frustração e trabalho em equipe.
